Expect roughly 7 to 10 business days, production and shipping included. An estimated date shows before you buy.
What kind of photo works best?+
A sharp, well-lit photo with the subject clearly visible. We check every photo and reach out if needed.
Which size should I choose?+
Every format is shown to scale on its page. The large rectangle is our signature pick for gifting.
Can I return my crystal?+
Yes. And if the engraving is not up to par, we re-engrave it for free.
How long do you keep my photo?+
Your photo is used only for the engraving and deleted afterward, in line with Quebec Law 25.
